He has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions and business models, to defining roadmaps for the adoption of technology and leading the organisational change required.

Project and programme management
Over 15 years of project and programme management. Fully qualified in industry-standard project and programme management methodologies: PRINCE2 Practitioner (2007), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner (2009). Over 10 years experience of managing complex technical projects in assessment and academic publishing; extensive experience of programme management within a multi-organisation governance structure. Fully conversant with agile and waterfall development methodologies.
Technologies
Extensive experience of managing web developments including large-scale extranets and public-facing websites. Published author on XML Schema. Development experience in C/C++, Python, XML and XSLT.
